How will I know whether my order has been shipped?

My items have yet to arrive. What should i do?

Normally, you should receive your item within 1-3 or 7-14 working days depending if we have the item at our warehouse. In the event like this, send us an email here with the shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

What if I don't receive my order by the scheduled delivery date?

If you don't receive your order by 5:00 pm on the scheduled delivery date, let us know. Keep in mind that UPS may deliver to residential addresses until 7:00 pm.

What do I do if I forget my UPS tracking number?

If you're a FashionBag customer, you'll be given your UPS Tracking Number when you ship your order from the FashionBag retail store. If you forget or misplace your UPS Tracking Number, call the FashionBag retail store from where you shipped your package.
